We can inspect and price during the notice period, so work starts the day the flat is empty.
Updates and photos go to you and your agent as the job progresses.
We pay a referral fee on every job that goes ahead from one of your introductions.

Charter Property Development is run by a team with more than twenty years' experience in London property. We work from Jantzen House on Ealing Road in Brentford, and every job is carried out and managed by our in-house team.
